Killarney Memorial Aged Care (KMAC) has unveiled its new identity as K-Life, marking a significant turning point in the organisation’s growth. The rebrand signals its expansion to meet the increasing needs of the local community, while staying committed to its mission of promoting health and wellbeing for people at every stage of life.
Once focused primarily on aged care, KMAC has grown to include a range of essential services. These now encompass a medical centre, home care programs, Meals on Wheels, Killarney Community Pool programs, affordable housing for seniors, and other vital community initiatives. The name K-Life was selected to reflect both the organisation’s deep connection to Killarney and its comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
“We are really excited about the name change and truly believe it better reflects who we are now,” said Sarah Fea, CEO of K-Life. “We are all about helping our community through all stages of life to live their best lives.”
Despite the rebrand, K-Life’s core purpose remains unchanged. As a not-for-profit, membership-based organisation, it continues to be owned by locals and remains dedicated to providing personalised care, a tradition that has defined the organisation for over 75 years.
